Senior Agentic Automation Engineer (UiPath)

We are seeking a Senior Agentic Automation Engineer with deep expertise in UiPath to design, build, and deliver intelligent automation solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of hands-on development experience and the ability to onboard quickly to support ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end RPA solutions using the UiPath platform
• Leverage the latest UiPath features, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding, to build scalable automation workflows
• Maintain and enhance a portfolio of delivered RPA solutions across various business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows for performance and reliability
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their automation needs and provide updates on project progress
• Onboard quickly to support active projects with minimal ramp-up time
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to best practices and quality standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience
• Knowledge of the newest UiPath features, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding
• Showcase of a portfolio or list of delivered RPA solutions
• Availability to onboard quickly with a short lead time
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with UiPath AI Center / Document Understanding
• UiPath certification (Advanced/Professional RPA Developer)
• English proficiency sufficient for direct client communication
