They are hiring an AI Engineer in Hanoi to help shape the AI strategy and deliver production-grade models that empower coaches, elevate user outcomes, and enhance fitness experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AI strategy & roadmap execution Collaborate with the AI team to align with company strategy and roadmap. Provide research frameworks and best practices for testing and fine-tuning models. Spot innovation opportunities and continuous improvements across AI projects. Machine learning model development Design, build, deploy, and monitor ML models and algorithms. Apply state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, GPT-4o) to real product use cases. Create robust testing and evaluation frameworks; analyze user feedback for iterative gains. Build reports/dashboards for KPIs and stakeholder insights. Experience with additional ML approaches is a plus. Cross-functional collaboration Oversee launch, testing, refinement, maintenance, and iteration of AI solutions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and QA for smooth end-to-end delivery. Support broader AI-driven initiatives across the company. Data infrastructure & insights Design and operate data pipelines across diverse sources. Translate analysis into actionable recommendations. AI system maintenance & improvement Maintain existing AI systems for reliability and performance. Continuously improve accuracy of health/fitness predictions. REQUIREMENT Must-have requirement 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning/AI. Proficient in one of: Python, R, or Java. Experience with ML pipelines and deep learning (e.g., CNNs, Transformers, LLMs). Skilled with TensorFlow or PyTorch . Strong data processing/analytics skills; familiarity with health/fitness data preferred. Shipped AI products across tabular, text, and image modalities. Effective English communication. Nice to have: Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Background in health informatics, wearables, or personalized fitness. Open-source contributions or AI publications. Git/version control fluency.
