ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a ambitious Software Engineer (C/C++) to join our team on a unique, long-term global growth path. You will start by learning our high-precision equipment in Vietnam, followed by an intensive multi-year training program in Japan, before returning as a core developer in our global R&D setup.

📋 RESPONSIBILITIES

Initial Phase (Vietnam Office):

• Understand software specifications for high-precision equipment.
• Develop software customizations tailored for clients in Vietnam.
• Perform programming, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Test programs on actual machines at our training center and handle software installation at client factory sites.

Global Phase (Japan & Future):

• Join a 2–3 year technical training program at our headquarters in Tokyo (Japan) after achieving JLPT N2.
• Return to Vietnam to develop core equipment software as part of the main Japanese R&D team.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in C / C++ programming.
• Languages:
• English: Upper-Intermediate (Fluent internal communication and good speaking skills required).
• Japanese: JLPT N5 or higher at entry, with strong motivation to reach JLPT N2+ while working.
• Age: Fresh graduates up to early 30s (due to a structured ~6-year training and development roadmap).
