■Responsibilities
You will be expected to be assigned to one of the following business units based on your background and preferences:
*Specific team placement will be determined through mutual consultation, taking into account your experience and career goals.
1. Financial Research Business
A business unit operating data services centered on alternative data. The division provides single-stock analytics services for institutional investors and private-sector statistical services. Currently, the unit is expanding its scope into leveraging AI to enhance investor decision-making and optimize complex operational workflows.
■Specifically:
・Extract quantitative metrics from earnings presentation materials and financial disclosures using LLMs, and construct reliable, automated data pipelines.
・Develop automated report generation systems for IR support and Paid Research initiatives.
・Scrape and structure actionable datasets crucial for investment decisions—such as e-commerce product pricing, reservation wait times, and web traffic indicators.
・Integrate AI solutions with Excel-based and custom financial models to automate complex reporting workflows.
・Design and build "AI-ready data infrastructure" (data layer) enabling government entities and institutional investors to directly plug clean data into proprietary analysis models and AI systems.
・Establish robust entity resolution, data cleansing, and structuring logic to ensure AI systems accurately parse massive volumes of alternative and public macro datasets without misinterpretation.
2. Data AI Service Business
Accelerate enterprise digital transformation (DX) across sales, product development, and data utilization by combining cutting-edge Generative AI technology with proprietary corporate master databases (boasting class-leading coverage in Japan) and diverse third-party datasets.
This division consists of two primary service pillars:
Real Estate Unit (New Product Division for Commercial Real Estate & Retail Businesses)
A business unit providing a suite of data-driven SaaS products primarily for the real estate domain. In this role, you will leverage LLMs across key workflows, including:
・Extracting and parsing property details from PDF brochures (Maisoku).
・Scraping and structuring retail and shopping center datasets.
・Automating and optimizing targeted B2B sales development processes.
【Specifically】
・Development of real estate industry products (Maisoku property sheet parsing, shopping center scraping, sales automation, etc.)
・Development of real estate data analysis and sales support systems leveraging LLMs
・Evaluation and implementation of Generative AI usage in new products
Data Holder Unit (Corporate Data Utilization Infrastructure & Data Sales Delivery)
Driven by growing internal and external demand for corporate-related data, we aim to deliver high-frequency, high-precision data products by advancing in-house data collection and structuring.
Defining the mission of extracting information from corporate websites and filings such as annual securities reports and timely disclosures (PDF/XBRL) as "utilizing LLMs as a tool for data structuring," we are seeking dedicated engineers to take charge of designing and operating these data pipelines.
3. Data AI Solution Business
A strategic unit that combines modern data infrastructure with Generative AI to empower enterprise decision-making.
By delivering an end-to-end, proprietary Data × AI tech stack—spanning Snowflake-based data platform engineering to AI agent governance frameworks (MCPass) and collaborative AI platforms (Finstage Cowork)—this division accelerates digital transformation primarily for major financial institutions and enterprise clients.

・Deep Expertise in AI & LLM Systems:
Focus on high-impact Generative AI and LLM initiatives across internal AI platforms and enterprise products. Move beyond simple RAG or template applications to engineer task-specific AI systems, with direct exposure to cutting-edge capabilities like Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agents, long-term memory architectures, and context engineering.
・Full-Stack Ownership & Architectural Freedom:
Take end-to-end ownership spanning data platform engineering, cloud infrastructure setup, AI integration layer construction, and Generative AI system development. Required
・Development experience using any programming language
・Experience developing products that utilize generative AI/LLMs
・Experience using SaaS services related to generative AI/LLMs

・Experience improving LLM performance through prompt engineering and context engineering
・Experience with LLM model fine-tuning and benchmarking
・Basic knowledge and practical experience in natural language processing and machine learning
・Experience designing and developing data engineering and ETL processes
・Experience building infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS
・Experience building cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
・Experience developing and operating container-based applications
・Experience tuning system performance, including databases and networks
・Knowledge of secure coding practices
・Conversational-level English proficiency necessary for communicating with engineering teams in Vietnam and elsewhere
