■Recruitment Background
Since its inception, the company has operated as a team of data professionals, driving data-backed decision-making and constructing data infrastructures using a vast array of alternative data.
In 2024, the company accelerated its expansion by launching new business units dedicated to commercial real estate DX, end-to-end data platform engineering, and enterprise Generative AI integration.
Data engineers play a central, mission-critical role within the organization. They handle the core foundation of the business—the data itself—and manage everything from internal infrastructure to external product development, data pipeline engineering, and advanced analytics. In fact, more than half of the company's full-time employees are data engineers, serving as the primary growth drivers of the business.
■Responsibilities
As a Data Engineer, you will be involved in a wide variety of data-centric initiatives. Depending on your career aspirations and technical background, you will have the opportunity to take on a broad range of challenges, including data platform architecture, data analytics, product engineering, and Generative AI development.

Design, build, and operate robust, scalable data platforms using cloud-native technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Terraform, AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. [Data Engineering]
5+ years of experience in all of the following:
Experience in system development and operations as part of a team
Experience in development and operations using Python
Experience in cloud infrastructure development and operations
Experience in building and operating data analytics platforms
[Infrastructure Management]
Ability to provision and manage resources on public clouds such as AWS using IaC tools like Terraform
Development experience using container technologies such as Docker
[Others]
Experience using Snowflake
Experience in the operation and implementation of BI tools
