Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to join a global AI Business Solutions team, supporting transformation initiatives and helping solve business challenges through AI, digital technology and process improvement.

The role will work across business, technology and operations, partnering with global and local teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions and deliver transformation projects across the insurance value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support business transformation projects from concept through to delivery.
• Work with cross-functional teams across business, technology and operations.
• Identify business challenges and opportunities where AI and digital solutions can improve processes and outcomes.
• Help define new product features, product roadmaps and digital solutions.
• Develop business cases, proposals and recommendations for transformation initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders across different functions, regions and time zones.
• Monitor project KPIs, timelines, budgets and overall delivery.
• Analyse and challenge reported information where inconsistencies or risks are identified.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills

• Fluent Mandarin and English – mandatory.
• Strong experience managing business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of technology, business and operations, with hands-on project delivery experience.
• Strong insurance industry experience, ideally across functions such as claims, marketing, distribution, legal or operations.
• Understanding of insurance sales and distribution, particularly Consumer/Personal Lines products.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty, Accident & Health or Personal Lines insurance is beneficial.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Ability to conceptualise new products/features and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Experience developing business cases and proposals for technology or digital solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines and budget constraints.
• Understanding of KPIs associated with large-scale transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related discipline.
• Insurance qualifications such as ACII, FCII, CIP or CPCU are advantageous.
• Telemarketing experience within insurance would be beneficial.
