Looking for a Application Engineer. Part of the Customer Service of the Services Department, you will be in charge of the deployment of our software applications both in the context of radiological practice / patient care and of clinical trials. Your activity will include all steps of deployment from the configuration setup to users' training, operations and post-deployment technical support. You will be under the direct responsibility of the Customer Service Manager and will interface externally with radiologists and clinicians. The job is permanent open ended and based in Sophia Antipolis. Presentation of activities and main tasks linked to the jobo Position attached to Services department under the supervision of the Customer Services Managero Activities: Organization and preparation of onsite or remote deployment projects Training of users on the medical applications developed by the company Operations Management and follow up of support requests.
