Follow us on LinkedIn -> INVISION Learn more about us on our company page -> INVISION Essential Responsibilities: Provide architectural consultation and support in the planning, design, and coordination of complex projects Apply advanced architectural concepts, technical knowledge, and design strategies to develop innovative solutions Prepare and execute drawing production, design development, and construction documentation under the direction of a Project Manager Develop creative design concepts, renderings, and presentation materials for client and internal review Review and analyze planning studies, technical reports, and consultant deliverables to ensure project quality and consistency Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented studio culture (Level II) Identify, evaluate, and resolve technical design and coordination issues to maintain project schedules and momentum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program preferred 3–5+ years of professional architectural experience supporting projects of varying size and complexity Licensed Architect or actively pursuing architectural licensure preferred Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with architectural design, documentation, and project delivery processes Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Experience with FEMA-funded, federal government, or public sector projects is a plus Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment Residency in or willingness to relocate to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Learn more and follow all our firms below!
