Research-Square are partnering with a high-tech precision manufacturing organisation in the Netherlands, and we are looking for technically skilled Assembly Technicians to join their team.
You will work on the assembly of high-precision mechanical components and systems, where accuracy, quality and a strong technical understanding are essential.
We have opportunities available across different experience levels, from technicians with a good practical technical foundation to experienced specialists in fine mechanical and precision assembly.
We're hiring technicians to help:
- Perform high-precision mechanical assembly of components and systems.
- Work with small, detailed and precision components.
- Assemble products according to technical requirements, drawings and available instructions.
- Perform quality checks and identify deviations or assembly issues.
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment accurately.
- Apply practical technical judgement when solving assembly challenges.
- Work precisely and maintain consistently high quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues across production and technical teams.
We're looking for someone experienced with as much of the following as possible:
- A technical background in mechanical engineering, fitting, mechatronics, assembly, machining or similar.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical or precision assembly.
- For our more senior opportunities, ideally 5+ years of fine mechanical/ high-precision assembly experience.
- Experience working with technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Experience with precision measuring equipment and hand tools.
- A strong mechanical understanding and practical problem-solving ability.
- You work accurately, carefully and with strong attention to detail.
- Experience within precision engineering, machine building, semiconductor equipment, aerospace, automotive, medical equipment or other high-tech manufacturing environments would be beneficial.
- Fluent English.
