With 40 aged care beds, 12 acute care beds and a 4-bed emergency department, no two days are ever the same. As an Assistant in Nursing, you’ll enjoy genuine variety and the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of care while working within a supportive, close-knit team.

Additional Information
Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions. You Will
- Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Support the delivery of patient- and person-centred care with compassion, dignity and respect.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the wellbeing and comfort of patients and residents across aged care, acute care and emergency settings.
- Build positive relationships with patients, residents, families and colleagues.
About You

Requirements
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assistant in Nursing); or
- Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate Registered Nursing degree, having completed first year and first semester or trimester of second year; or
- Be currently enrolled in a TAFE NSW Diploma of Nursing, with completion of the identified foundational units in practice and 80 hours of clinical placement.
- The ability to work a 7-day roster across various care areas.
