We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - MEP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems for projects.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

- Conduct site inspections and oversee installation processes to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all milestones are met.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the execution of MEP projects.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP execution, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and maintenance.

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
