Working as a Assistant Restaurant Manager As a Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager with the operating of the fine dining restaurant, ensuring that customers experience the highest level of service. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, organising table reservations, organising rotas/staffing levels and managing a team of junior staff. The successful person will have previous experience in a management role in a fine dining restaurant, have strong written and oral communication skills for managing business admin and personal matters and most importantly be passionate about delivering the highest level of service to guests. In addition to your excellent customer service skills, you should be a punctual and reliable team player with strong communication skills, a self driven approach, and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
