Role Overview
Seeking an Associate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a compassionate, team-oriented environment. The role involves supporting community health by treating pediatric and adult patients using advanced tools like digital x-rays, fiber-optic handpieces, and DentaPro software. Key Duties
Deliver dental services, support patient comfort, and contribute to team activities. Manage an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily aged 3-21. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols. Foster a positive patient experience and community engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid license, CPR/DEA certifications, and Nitrous Oxide certification (where required). Must possess compassion, strong communication skills, and a desire to serve diverse age groups. Teamwork, mutual respect, and adherence to non-discrimination policies are essential.
