Role Overview: An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to diverse patient populations, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive team environment. They utilize advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces, ensuring efficient patient treatment. Responsibilities include planning daily activities, delivering patient-centered care, and promoting a positive community image. The role emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and delivering memorable dental experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive dental services supported by a skilled team
• Participating in team huddles and promoting a positive, patient-focused environment
• Managing a patient base with a mix of insurance plans, including state Medicaid and PPOs
• Maintaining compliance through OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency training
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Valid dental license or eligibility for licensure in relevant states
• Certifications such as CPR, DEA; Nitrous Oxide certification preferred in certain states
• Compassionate with a desire to serve both children and adults
