Associate Deployment Strategist

Jay Staffing Partners is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a growing technology organization seeking an Associate Deployment Strategist to support the implementation and delivery of innovative enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate enterprise technology implementations from initial discovery through deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with customers to understand business requirements, identify operational challenges, and develop practical technology solutions.
• Translate customer objectives and business processes into clearly defined technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage customer relationships, project milestones, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology, automation, and process optimization.
• Coordinate multiple customer engagements while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and accountability.
• Support the development of standardized implementation procedures, documentation, and operational best practices.
• Travel to customer locations as required to support important project activities and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience in consulting, business operations, technical project delivery, software implementation, or a related customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience or meaningful exposure to implementing technology solutions in business or enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an interest in emerging technologies.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Working knowledge of technical concepts and tools such as APIs, JSON, SQL, SaaS applications, and AI technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or comparable business productivity tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to present technical and business concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence communicating with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, business operations, enterprise software, or technology-focused organizations.
• Exposure to artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), business process automation, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment methodologies and customer implementation processes.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver customer-facing solutions.
• Previous exposure to senior management or executive-level customer relationships.
• Experience working in a startup, high-growth technology company, or similarly demanding environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually.

Work Environment & Travel

• This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in San Francisco, California, or New York, New York.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• The position requires flexibility to accommodate demanding project schedules, including approximately 60–65 working hours per week.
• Approximately 30% travel may be required, including occasional short-notice travel.

Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States.

Eligible candidates requiring an employment authorization transfer, including qualifying H-1B transfers, may be considered. Candidates working under OPT may also be considered, subject to applicable employment authorization requirements.
