As SteelRose continues to grow, we are looking for two talented Associates (2–4 PQE) to join our expanding London team.
🔹 Corporate & Private Client Associate
Advising on M&A transactions, shareholder arrangements, restructurings, private client structuring, succession planning and cross-border matters for entrepreneurs, founders, investors and international families.
🔹 Gaming, Technology & Commercial Associate
Advising technology, gaming and digital businesses on commercial, technology and IP agreements, regulatory and licensing matters, strategic transactions and international expansion.
Both roles offer exposure to high-quality cross-border work, early responsibility, direct client contact and excellent opportunities for progression within an entrepreneurial and growing firm.
What we're looking for:
• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE
• Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with excellent client-management abilities
• Experience managing matters with appropriate supervision
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

Job Description 1: Corporate & Private Client Associate (2–4 PQE)
About the Role
SteelRose is seeking a Corporate & Private Client Associate to join our growing London office. You will advise founders, entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of corporate and private client matters, often involving international and cross-border elements.
Key Responsibilities
• Advising on M&As, investments, shareholder arrangements and corporate restructurings
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and corporate governance documentation
• Supporting founders, family businesses and private clients on structuring, succession and wealth-planning matters
• Assisting with cross-border corporate and private client transactions
• Managing client relationships and providing commercially focused legal advice
• Working closely with partners on strategic and complex matters
Qualifications/Experience
• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE
• Strong corporate law experience, with private client exposure advantageous
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage transactions and competing priorities effectively
• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
• Interest in working with entrepreneurial and international clients

Job Description 2: Gaming, Technology & Commercial Associate (2–4 PQE)
About the Role
SteelRose is seeking a Gaming, Technology & Commercial Associate to join its expanding London team. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative technology, gaming and digital businesses across a broad range of commercial, regulatory and strategic matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and negotiating commercial, technology and intellectual property agreements, including licensing, SaaS, development, services and strategic partnership agreements
• Advising gaming, technology and digital businesses on regulatory and licensing frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
• Supporting M&A transactions, investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings involving technology and gaming businesses
• Advising on intellectual property exploitation, commercialisation and brand protection strategies
• Assisting clients with compliance, governance and international expansion initiatives
• Delivering clear, practical and commercially focused advice to a diverse international client base
Requirements/Experience
• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE
• Experience in commercial, technology or corporate law
• Exposure to technology, gaming, digital media or emerging technology sectors is advantageous
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to handle matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in technology, innovation and digital business
