Compensation: €1,800 gross/month (Paid bi-weekly) + up to €3,000 in bonuses

What You Will Do

• Platform Integrity: Provide essential back-office support for daily gaming operations.
• Content Moderation: Accurately review and manage gaming content, ensuring adherence to platform guidelines and standards.
• Backend Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve back-office inquiries, account issues, and operational bottlenecks.
• Bilingual Communication: Utilize native-level German and English to process documentation, internal communications, and regional content.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluent or native-level proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Location/Work Rights: Eligibility to work in the EU and the ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Availability: Flexibility to work a continuous Monday–Sunday shift rotation to support a 24/7 gaming environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy during content review and back-office administrative tasks.
