Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting players via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
Handling technical, billing, account, and gameplay-related questions.
Resolving cases efficiently and escalating issues when necessary.
Providing empathetic, player-focused solutions.
Moderating community platforms and helping maintain a positive environment.
Identifying trends and reporting issues to the relevant teams.

Requirements:

Fluent German.
Good English.
Previous gaming experience is an advantage, with an understanding of gaming culture and communities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and internet tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Empathy and a genuine desire to help players.
Flexibility to work rotating 24/7 shifts.

Salary:

Base salary: €1,585 gross/month
Welcome bonus: €1,500 gross.
