Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to gamers via email.
• Assist users with account-related inquiries and service issues.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through clear and timely communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases when necessary.

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent German.
• Good English skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• EU work authorization required where applicable.

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
