Job Title: Banking Consultant – Corporate & Personal Banking

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Reporting To: VP Sales

About the Role

MSZ Consultancy is seeking a results-driven banking consultant to manage corporate and personal bank account opening services for local and international clients, ensuring smooth coordination with banks and full compliance with UAE regulations. This is a performance-driven role where success is measured by client conversions and account activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on suitable corporate and personal banking solutions based on business activity, nationality, and residency status.
• Manage end-to-end bank account opening for Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore, DIFC/ADGM, and Holding entities as well as individual clients.
• Review incorporation and KYC documents to ensure compliance with bank and UAE Central Bank requirements.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and follow up until accounts are successfully activated.
• Advise on KYC, AML, UBO, Source of Funds (SOF), and Source of Wealth (SOW) requirements, including Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) cases.
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Accounting teams to deliver seamless client service.
• Maintain regular client communication, providing timely updates and resolving concerns professionally.
• Support cross-selling of MSZ's broader services, including company formation, PRO, accounting, tax, and Golden Visa services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, commerce, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in corporate and/or personal bank account opening.
• Established relationships with UAE banks (e.g., Emirates NBD, ADCB, Mashreq, FAB, RAKBANK, HSBC UAE, Wio Bank, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of UAE banking compliance, KYC, AML, UBO, SOF, and SOW requirements.
• Experience with company formation or corporate service providers is an advantage.

Must-Have Skills:

• Working knowledge of KYC, AML, UBO, Source of Funds (SOF), and Source of Wealth (SOW) requirements, including EDD cases, per UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Working knowledge of KYC, AML, UBO, Source of Funds (SOF), and Source of Wealth (SOW) requirements, including EDD cases as per the UAE Central Bank.
• Established relationships with UAE banks (Emirates NBD, ADCB, Mashreq, FAB, RAKBANK, HSBC UAE, Wio Bank, or similar).

Key Skills:

• Strong relationship-building and client advisory skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client applications simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
