Location: NDA Type: Office, Relocate Start date: ASAP About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Blue Team Instructor to join one of the international cybersecurity academies. This is a unique relocation opportunity for cybersecurity professionals who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of cyber defenders. Responsibilities : Deliver instructor-led cybersecurity training focused on Blue Team operations. Develop and maintain training materials, labs, simulations, and practical exercises. Teach SOC Operations, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, DFIR, SIEM, EDR, Threat Intelligence, MITRE ATT&CK, and Defensive Security. Guide students through hands-on labs and real-world attack simulations. Assess student performance through exercises, projects, and examinations. Mentor students and support their professional development. Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends. Collaborate with curriculum developers and academy leadership. Support workshops, cyber exercises, hackathons, and academy events. Requirements The Essential: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SOC, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, DFIR, or related cybersecurity fields. Strong knowledge of defensive cybersecurity practices. Experience with SIEM platforms such as Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, Elastic, or similar. Experience with EDR technologies and security monitoring tools. Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and cyber threats. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong English proficiency (written and spoken). Ability to explain technical concepts to learners with varying levels of experience. Willingness to relocate internationally and work onsite. Nice to Have: Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or instructional experience. Experience delivering corporate training, bootcamps, military training, or university courses. Certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, CySA+, Security+, SC-200, or SC-100. Experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR). Experience with cloud security platforms.
