Financial Performance & Business Management is looking for a Business Analysis & Change Manager based out of either Milton Keynes, Triton Square, Bradford or Glasgow.
This role is on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
The FP&BM team supports business workstreams for the TSB Integration through Santander’s major acquisition of TSB. This role will be supporting business Workstream Leads with Programme activity to ensure the effective delivery of regulatory commitments and the successful execution of the acquisition through to post-migration.
As a Business Analysis & Change Manager, you will help lead business workstreams through one of the most significant M&A integrations Santander UK has undertaken. You will operate at the heart of the programme execution, performing analysis and leading change in a fast-paced, cross-functional delivery, ensuring customer needs are prioritised.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring workstreams are aligned, informed, and equipped to deliver a safe, customer‑centric, and value‑accretive integration. You will combine strategic thinking with operational discipline, coordinating between Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Central Integration teams to ensure decisions are robust, risks are understood, and delivery remains on track.
This is a fast-paced, high-profile programme with demanding delivery timelines. Success in the role will require agility, sound judgement, and the ability to prioritise effectively while influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

- Co-ordinating workstream execution plans against the overall programme regulatory, customer and business priorities
- Supporting the readiness and delivery of the business migration plan, working closely with Product / Business Leads and IT teams to ensure solutions are tested and documented, and clear implementation plans are in place
- Supporting with the engagement between Santander and TSB to ensure alignment, manage risks and issues, and meet regulatory requirements
- Robust risk management with end-to-end ownership and visibility
- Supporting delivery of post-migration stabilisation, ensuring customer and operational impacts are understood and addressed
- Adherence to Programme & Project Policy Standards and the Transformation & Change Risk Policy

Professional Experience:
- Demonstrable understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from discovery through to post implementation, with hands-on experience delivering key phases (Required)
- An ability to work with, influence and report to varying levels of stakeholders (Required)
- Ability to take the initiative, build out plans and manage deliverables to deadlines (Required)
- Previous experience in Business Analysis and Operational Change management (Required)
- Previous experience across RBB products and processes (Preferred)
- Ability to collect, analyse and condense complex and dispersed information (Preferred)
Education:
- Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies (Required)
- PRINCE 2 practitioner or agile certification are advantageous but not mandatory (Preferred)
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience (Required)

Salary Range:
£49,274.00 - £73,912.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
