This is not a passive role. You’ll sit at the heart of some of our most critical Payments’ initiatives, turning complex, fast-moving business challenges into clear, actionable outcomes. You’ll bring structure where there is ambiguity, challenge thinking where it matters, and ensure that every change is grounded in great analysis, sound governance, expert delivery, and real business value.
You’ll lead requirements gathering and delivery across the full project lifecycle for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, Technology teams, and external suppliers. You’ll proactively identify impacts, dependencies, and risks across the change landscape, ensuring solutions are compliant, resilient, and built to last.
Your Payments expertise, particularly across FPS, International, CHAPS and Bacs, will be a key differentiator. You’ll use your deep understanding of business analysis and project delivery to translate business intent into practical value outcomes, bridging the gap between business vision and delivery reality.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll confidently influence, challenge, and shape direction. You’ll champion clarity, quality, and customer-focused outcomes, while maintaining transparency through clear reporting and excellent stakeholder engagement.
