We are looking for a commercially driven business development professional with an established network in the UAE events industry who can generate new business and drive revenue growth.

Mandatory Requirements — Please Read Carefully:

This is a senior, relationship-driven sales role. We are specifically looking for a candidate who already has an established network in the UAE MICE industry.

• Existing UAE client portfolio and network: Must have established professional relationships with UAE government entities, government-related organisations, major event management agencies, exhibition organisers, conference organisers, and corporate event clients.

• Relevant industry experience: Must have proven sales or business development experience specifically within the UAE events, exhibitions, conferences, or MICE industry.

• Ability to bring clients from Day 1: Must have a demonstrable track record of acquiring new clients, generating business opportunities, and closing contracts. Candidates who rely entirely on the company to provide leads are not suitable for this role.

• Arabic and English proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong spoken and written communication skills for dealing with government stakeholders and corporate decision-makers.

• Valid UAE driving licence: Must be able to travel independently for client meetings across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates.

• Strong commercial skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, relationship management, and deal-closing abilities.

Important: Candidates without relevant UAE MICE industry experience and an established professional network in the target client segments will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage existing industry relationships to generate immediate sales opportunities for Nofa Solutions.

• Identify and secure new clients among UAE government entities, event management companies, exhibition organisers, conference organisers, and corporate clients.

• Arrange and conduct meetings with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and event stakeholders.

• Promote Nofa Solutions’ event registration, onsite registration, event technology, and related solutions.

• Prepare proposals, present solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts.

• Develop new accounts while expanding business with existing clients.

• Represent Nofa Solutions at relevant industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking meetings.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, meetings, proposals, and confirmed business.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and successful delivery of secured projects.
