- Business Development Representative – German Speaking
Location: Barcelona, Spain | Starting Date: 23 November

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to drive new business acquisition, build strong client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and social selling.
* Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
* Understand client needs and present tailored AI advertising solutions.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
* Achieve revenue and activity targets.
* Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
* Collaborate with internal teams and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements
* German: C1 level
* English: B2 level
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development.
* Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, PPC, and advertising.
* Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and self-prospecting.
* Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Target-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits
* Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year
* On-Target Bonus: €5,175 gross/year – uncapped earning potential
* Full-time position: 39 hours/week
