Business Development – Strategic Partnerships | Abu Dhabi

Rentico launched in Abu Dhabi on 1 November 2026. We're DTCM licensed, Airbnb Superhost 4.92★ and 50+ homes managed in Dubai.

You'll build our Abu Dhabi portfolio from day one. That means signing owners and opening partnerships, using your own network plus the leads Rentico sends you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Owner & Partner Acquisition

• Sign Abu Dhabi property owners onto Rentico's management and furnishing services

• Build partnerships with brokers, developers, building managers and corporate partners

Commercial & Negotiation

• Lead owner meetings end to end: pitch, revenue estimate, proposal, contract

• Make sure every deal fits Rentico's terms and creates long-term value

Collaboration & Onboarding

• Hand signed units to Design, Pricing and Operations for a smooth launch

• Work with Marketing on Abu Dhabi lead campaigns

Performance & Market Insight

• Track every lead and deal in Bitrix24 and report your numbers weekly

• Follow Abu Dhabi market trends, competitors and new areas to open

Representation

• Represent Rentico at industry events, developer launches and partner meetings

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• 2+ years in holiday homes or property management business development in the UAE (must)

• Your own active network of Abu Dhabi landlords, brokers or developers (must)

• A target track record, with numbers we can check

• Strong face-to-face negotiation and presentation skills

• Self-driven and organised, comfortable working hybrid

• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus

• UAE driving licence and own car
