The company works with natural ingredients, botanical extracts, flavour systems, essential oils and specialised raw materials serving the food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and fragrance industries.
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyse, document and improve commercial and operational processes across our international activities.
The Role
The Business Process Analyst will work across Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows and support the implementation of more structured business processes.
The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking with practical business understanding and will work directly with different functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing commercial and operational processes.
- Map workflows and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and duplicated activities.
- Document current and proposed business processes.
- Develop practical recommendations for process improvement.
- Support implementation of new workflows and procedures.
- Define responsibilities, process steps and internal handovers.
- Analyse operational data to identify recurring issues.
- Develop process-performance indicators and reports.
- Support improvements to CRM and ERP workflows.
- Coordinate process-improvement initiatives across different departments.
- Review order, purchasing, customer and supplier processes.
- Support standardisation of recurring business activities.
- Prepare process maps, presentations and management reports.
- Monitor implementation of agreed process changes.
- Collect feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Support automation and digitalisation initiatives.
- Assist management with ad hoc operational analysis.
- Promote continuous improvement across business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations analysis or business transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and document business workflows.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
Experience with one or more of the following will be considered an advantage:
- Business process mapping
- Continuous improvement
- ERP or CRM systems
- Power BI
- Process automation
- International trading
- B2B distribution
- Supply chain
- FMCG
- Pharmaceuticals or specialty ingredients
Knowledge of process-mapping tools or methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is advantageous but not mandatory.
Arabic is useful but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
QAR 15,000 – 20,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
