Business Recruiter

About the Role

Join a growing applied AI company as a Business Recruiter, supporting hiring across business and operations functions. You will partner with recruiting and executive leaders to build strong teams for a fast-moving organization.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market roles, from sourcing through offer close.

• Build proactive talent pipelines across finance, consulting, private equity, and technology backgrounds.

• Partner with recruiting and executive leaders to define candidate profiles, prioritize searches, and run effective interview processes.

• Develop recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer processes.

• Track funnel metrics, model stage conversion, and improve recruiting outcomes based on results.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 4 to 7 or more years preferred.

• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting, including corporate in-house recruiting, and a track record owning searches from sourcing through close.

• Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup and building pipelines for business, finance, consulting, private equity, or go-to-market roles.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with founders and business leaders.

• Comfort with ambiguity, a high level of initiative, and strong attention to recruiting metrics and process.

• Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days a week in San Francisco, California.
