Car Rental Customer Service Agent (Native Arabic Speaker)

We are a growing UAE car rental company looking for a friendly, professional Customer Service Agent who is a native Arabic speaker with high-level professional English. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, bookings and support by phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls, WhatsApp, email and social media messages in English and Arabic
• - Handle car rental enquiries, quotations, reservations, extensions and cancellations
• - Explain rental terms, deposits, insurance, mileage, Salik/fines and payment options clearly
• - Coordinate with the operations team on vehicle availability, delivery and collection
• - Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• - Keep accurate customer and booking records
• - Offer add-ons such as child seats, GPS, extra insurance and longer rental plans

Requirements:

• Native Arabic speaker (mother tongue) with excellent spoken and written Arabic
• - High-level professional English, spoken and written (mandatory)
• - 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in car rental, hospitality or travel
• - Good knowledge of UAE geography and rental regulations
• - Strong communication, patience and problem-solving skills
• - Comfortable with Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business and CRM tools

Plus points:

• Online marketing skills (Google Ads, SEO basics, email campaigns)
• - Social media management experience (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn): posting content, replying to comments and DMs, basic Canva/video editing
• - UAE driving licence
