Position : Customer Service Specialist

Location: Dubai – Nad Al Hamar

Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,000 (based on experience)

We are looking for a professional and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Candidates should have 2–3 years of UAE experience and a strong background in customer service operations.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience in customer service.
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to work confidently with different systems and software.
• Excellent communication skills in English with Arabic or Tagalog.
• Strong customer handling, problem-solving and complaint-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Experience in the cakes, flowers, gifting or F&B industry will be an added advantage.
• A professional attitude, good coordination skills and the ability to work under pressure.
