An all-day dining destination opening in Dubai this autumn — a chic room that runs from morning coffee through long lunches to an evening that turns on drinks and small plates.

You are one of the last touchpoints of the experience — full accuracy with the money, and a counter that stays calm and moving.

What the role covers

• Process cash, card and digital payments, refunds and deposits with complete accuracy
• Run end-of-day reconciliation in line with company standards and UAE regulations
• Manage queues and keep the station clean, organised and ready
• Work with the floor team so the guest journey from arrival to exit feels seamless

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in accounts is essential
• Comfortable with systems and digital tools
• Fluent English; Arabic or a second European language is an advantage
