Mt. Juliet CDJR is hiring Technicians with
current CDJR Certification
and
proven experience in a CDJR dealership service department
. You will handle advanced diagnostics, warranty work, engine repairs on FCA vehicles. This role fits a technician who wants stability, strong workflow, and a team that respects high-level skill.

SCHEDULE
Full time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday rotation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to diagnose and repair Chrysler automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc.
Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and accurately to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and Chrysler’s quality standards
Comply with company safety policies and procedures
Communicate directly with service advisors and foreman regarding the status of the service work, providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs with the ultimate goal of maintaining a positive experience for the customer
REQUIREMENTS
CDJR Phase 1, 2, or 3 Certification (required)
CDJR dealership experience (required)
Strong diagnostic accuracy
Ability to handle high-line jobs efficiently
Valid driver’s license
Master Certified or 2+ years automotive technician/mechanic experience
Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
Strong Automotive knowledge
Valid Driver’s License
Maintain sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
Employment subject to a background check and drug screen test
We perform a standard pre-employment drug screen; however, THC is excluded from the testing panel
