We are delighted to bring to market an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer opportunity, joining the CEO and leadership team of a substantial, well-established multinational organisation entering an exciting next phase of growth and expansion.

Our client is a highly successful, entrepreneurial and people-focused organisation, with a long and impressive heritage, significant international scale and an established presence across multiple European markets. Already a major organisation in its field, the business continues to grow both organically and through acquisition, with ambitious plans to further expand its European footprint.

At its heart is a strong and distinctive culture, characterised by entrepreneurialism, energy, ownership and pride. Talented people and strong local leadership have been central to its success.

As the organisation continues to expand, the opportunity is to build on these foundations and evolve the business for its next stage of international growth, creating greater connectivity and alignment while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit and local ownership that make it successful.

The CHRO will have a genuine change, culture and transformation leadership mandate, acting as a visible ambassador for change and helping shape the next evolution of the organisation across a diverse, multi-country environment.

The broader remit spans leadership and talent development, succession, performance and organizational effectiveness, alongside strengthening the international people agenda. M&A and integration will also be important as the organisation continues to expand. Fundamentally, this is about developing leaders, connecting the organisation and building the culture and capability required for continued growth, without losing what makes the business special.

We are looking for an outstanding international HR leader who is commercial, pragmatic, visible and close to the business, with the credibility to influence and challenge at CEO and senior leadership level and a genuine passion for people, culture and organizational change.

It is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact and help shape the next chapter of an established, successful and genuinely people-centered multinational organisation with considerable further growth ahead.

The role is based in Poland, with relocation available for candidates currently based elsewhere. Strong international and multi-country experience is essential; Polish language skills are not required.
