Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Chief Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to join an international aerospace and defence programme in Germany.

What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams and Scrum Masters, promoting a servant-leadership mindset.
- Coach Product Owners, engineering teams and senior stakeholders on Scrum and SAFe practices.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination, dependency management and programme planning.
- Identify risks, remove impediments and drive effective delivery.
- Support Configuration Management activities including version control, baselines, change control and traceability.
- Align Agile delivery with Systems Engineering, requirements, integration and verification activities.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and quality standards.
- Define and monitor Agile KPIs, delivery performance and team predictability.
- Promote continuous improvement, quality assurance and risk-based testing.
- Work closely with Product Management and business stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Experience leading or coaching multiple Scrum teams, with strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe and Agile coaching.
- Knowledge of Jira, BigPicture and Atlassian tools, as well as Agile metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD environments is a plus.
- Background in aerospace, defence or other regulated industries is highly valued.
- Fluent English; German language skills and Agile certifications (CSP, SPC or equivalent) are a plus.
