Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning Staff role based in Dubai. The Cleaning Staff member will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial properties, including common areas, offices, show units, and managed housing. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, waste removal, restroom cleaning, and replenishing supplies. The role also involves preparing properties for viewings and move-ins, reporting maintenance issues, and following company safety and cleanliness standards. The Cleaning Staff member will work closely with property management and other team members to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and residents.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Cleaning and House Cleaning for residential and commercial properties.
- Candidates should possess skills in Home Cleaning and Window Cleaning for detailed interior and exterior upkeep.
- Candidates should possess skills in Carpet cleaning and care for floors and soft surfaces.
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols, health and safety guidelines, and use cleaning equipment and materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
- Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the workday.
