Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer requests efficiently via phone, email, or live chat.
Provide exceptional, polite, and professional support during every interaction.
Deliver accurate, actionable, and solution-driven responses to users.
Register and maintain accurate records of client interactions in our internal database.
Follow established quality benchmarks and operational team standards.
Liaise with international team members when required to solve complex cases.
Requirements:
Native or C1-C2 level proficiency in German (fluent/bilingual).
English language skills at a B1 level or higher.
Fully prepared to relocate, live, and work in Portugal.
A proactive, dependable individual with a strong willingness to learn.
Comfortable working within a diverse, multicultural corporate setting.
Must hold EU citizenship or a valid, existing work permit for Portugal.
