Salary: £65k+
Holiday: 5 wks p.a. plus birthday

We are looking to add a Clinical Director to our team at Caister Vets, Norfolk. We are a 13-vet team at Caister Vets, which is part of our wider independent group – Westover Vets – of approx.. 30 vets and 4 sites (Rollesby, Caister, North Walsham, Cromer).
In this role, you would work alongside our Director and Branch Director to provide clinical leadership and direction to our vets, both on the ground and at a strategic level. This will involve leading by example through your own clinical work; taking part in regular meetings and 1:1’s with vets; supporting development of new graduates; helping to set ways of working in all departments; creating development plans; and attending strategic leadership meetings.
Vets work a 4-day week, including a 4pm finish on one of those days; plus a share of the Saturday morning rota (currently 1:6) and the OOH rota at our North Walsham branch (currently 1:25). You will work mainly at our Rollesby and Caister branches, with occasional shifts at our other sites. Across the group we have a range of certificate holders, and all the toys, including CT scanner, endoscopy and laparoscopy.
