CNC LATHE PROGRAMMER / SETTER / OPERATOR – SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE Location: Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland, UK Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Day Shift Only Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:30 Friday: 08:00 – 14:00 Our client, a well-established precision engineering company based in Northern Ireland, is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer, Setter and Operator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for highly skilled machinists seeking long-term employment with a UK sponsor license holder. Key Requirements: - Minimum 10 years' CNC machining experience- Experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes- Fanuc control experience preferred- Ability to work independently from engineering drawings to finished components- Strong setup experience in high-mix, low-volume production environments- Excellent spoken and written English- Experience working to tight tolerances- Ability to work with minimal supervision Desirable Experience: - CNC Milling- Manual machining- CAD/CAM systems- Steel and stainless steel machining- Large castings and forgings Benefits: - Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available- Competitive salary- Permanent full-time position- Day shifts only- No weekend working- Early finish every Friday- Stable long-term employment- On-site parking- Support with relocation where required Suitable candidates should submit an up-to-date CV detailing their CNC machining experience, programming capabilities and English language ability.
