We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our culinary team as Commis 1, 2, or 3. Responsibilities: Assist Chefs de Partie and other kitchen staff with various tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes. Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service. Requirements: Experience as a Commis 1, 2, or 3 in a reputable hotel or restaurant. Strong basic culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. Portfolio with photographs of your culinary creations (for Commis 2 and 3 positions). Excellent spoken English.
