Hiring: BAS Controls Engineer – Niagara N4 / JACE Integration & Commissioning

📍 Location: Ft Benning, GA – 100% onsite

💵 Pay: $60-65/hour on W2

📅 Duration: 12 months

We’re seeking a hands-on BAS Controls Engineer to integrate existing JACE controllers into a central Niagara N4 Supervisor, verify communication over a government network, and complete building-by-building system checkout.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover, map, and bind JACE controllers within the N4 Supervisor.
• Deploy provided database backups and support final configuration.
• Perform point-to-point checkout and verify live values and statuses on existing graphics.
• Validate trends, histories, alarms, reports, and user permissions.
• Troubleshoot controller connectivity and document diagnostic findings.
• Provide daily progress updates, screenshots, and turnover documentation.

Relevant Experience

• Hands-on Niagara 4 Workbench, N4 Supervisor, and JACE integration.
• BAS/BMS controls commissioning and troubleshooting.
• IP networking and controller communication diagnostics.
• Point-to-point checkout and commissioning documentation.
