For more information, please visit: http://ir.netease.com/ Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and operating overseas gaming communities, developing and executing community strategies and objectives based on the product's market strategy and game version schedule. Oversee the promotional scheduling, publishing, and performance evaluation of game version content within the community. Continuously optimize Discord community functions based on player needs and preferences, ensuring the community meets player needs. Collect and report on player feedback and sentiment; Monitor competing products and new releases in the genre. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, with proficiencyin English as a working language. 3+ years of experience in operating large overseas gaming communities (Discord), with proven operational expertise in community and platform management, capable of developing and implementing community strategies. Deep gaming experience with overseas titles; familiar with shooter/competitive game genres, with clear insights into player demographics and the gaming industry. Strong communication and execution skills, collaborative team spirit, and a sense of responsibility. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred for this position, as daily communication and collaboration with key stakeholders and team members based in China are essential to the responsibilities of the position.
