π The Role
Lead and shape the Japan Compensation & Performance function, working closely with international HR teams.
Key responsibilities:
β’ Lead Compensation & Performance programs
β’ Manage salary, bonus, payroll & performance processes
β’ Ensure Japanese labour-law compliance
β’ Partner with China, regional & HQ teams
β’ Drive compensation governance and provide insights to senior management
β Requirements
β’ 8+ years C&B / Compensation & Performance experience
β’ 3+ years international compensation experience
β’ Strong Japanese labour law & compensation knowledge
β’ Excellent stakeholder-management skills
