Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and personalized assistance. Offer comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions. Assist guests with booking reservations, arranging transportation, securing tickets, and making recommendations for dining and entertainment. Manage guest requests and inquiries, providing prompt and efficient solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, ensuring guest privacy and confidentiality. Stay updated on local events and activities, offering relevant information to guests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Requirements: Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Concierge in a luxury hotel or similar setting. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality. Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and cultural events. Proficient in using reservation systems, travel booking platforms, and other relevant technology. Pleasant appearance and a professional demeanor. Excellent spoken English.
