Job Title: Consultant Nephrologist - UAE Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-time Sector: Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Group About the Role A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its nephrology and renal care services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Nephrologist to join its growing clinical team. Role Overview The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases, electrolyte disorders, hypertension and other renal conditions. Manage patients with chronic kidney disease and provide appropriate treatment and long-term renal care. Assess and manage patients requiring haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and renal replacement therapy. Evaluate patients for kidney transplantation and coordinate care with transplant teams where required. Perform or supervise renal procedures according to clinical privileges and scope of practice. Interpret renal function tests, urinalysis, imaging and other relevant diagnostic investigations. Collaborate with cardiology, endocrinology, urology, critical care, vascular surgery and other specialties. Participate in clinical audits, multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
