Are you an experienced Ophthalmologist looking for an opportunity to develop your specialist interests, shape services and make a lasting impact to an Island community?
Join our team at Noble’s Hospital as a Consultant Ophthalmologist, where you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering our Island-wide ophthalmology service. You’ll provide consultant-level medical retina care, including the management of age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular disease, diabetic retinopathy and uveitis, alongside general ophthalmology and regular cataract surgery.
This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of ophthalmology services on the Isle of Man while developing an ophthalmic subspecialty interest that meets the needs of the local population and supports ongoing clinical competence. Working within a consultant-led service, you will make autonomous decisions, work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care across the Island.
What can this role offer you?
Working in an Island health service provides a varied and rewarding consultant role with scope to influence service development.
