Job Title: Consultant Sports Medicine Physician - UAE Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-time Sector: Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Group About the Role A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its sports injury, performance medicine and multidisciplinary rehabilitation services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Sports Medicine Physician to join its growing clinical team. Role Overview The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Assess and manage acute and chronic sports injuries, overuse syndromes and exercise-related medical conditions. Develop return-to-play plans in collaboration with physiotherapy, strength conditioning and rehabilitation teams. Perform musculoskeletal ultrasound assessments and guided injections according to scope of practice and clinical privileges. Provide medical support for athletes, teams, fitness clients and active populations. Advise on injury prevention, performance optimisation, nutrition coordination and safe training loads. Maintain outcome tracking, informed consent, clinical documentation and sports medicine governance standards.
