Key Responsibilities: Drive customer retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement and support. Understand client needs to enhance their overall experience and increase loyalty. Qualifications: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar position FX Industry a must Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience on the Japanese desk in Cyprus is highly desirable.
