The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Country Sales Manager, Dental Solutions, Poland (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. In this role, you will lead the commercial success of Solventum’s dental business in Poland across the Restorative & Prevention and Orthodontics portfolios. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market-share objectives across the Restorative & Prevention and Orthodontics portfolios.
  • Leading and developing the Dental sales organization, strengthening performance, customer focus, talent growth, and a culture of compliance and integrity.
  • Managing commercial activities across Poland, including territory planning, forecasting, business planning, budget management, key account management, channel optimization, and negotiations with strategic customers and distribution partners.
  • Driving educational and professional engagement with dental professionals, clinics, universities, key opinion leaders, group practices, dental service organizations, and other stakeholders to accelerate adoption and business growth.
  • Collaborating with regional and global business teams and cross-functional partners in customer operations, finance, regulatory, and clinical functions to execute commercial programs and translate market insights into clear decisions and actions.

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field and a minimum of five years of commercial leadership experience, including leading diverse sales or commercial teams.
  • Proven record of delivering sustainable growth in healthcare—including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare services—and/or FMCG environments, with strong strategic thinking, business acumen, forecasting, and budget-management capability.
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams, coaching talent, managing stakeholders, influencing across functions and levels, and leading negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating data and market insights into priorities, leading transformation and organizational change, challenging the status quo, and delivering tangible outcomes in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Fluent Polish and English, excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset, and a current valid driver’s license.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience in both healthcare and FMCG sectors.
  • Experience managing distributor-based, direct, or hybrid commercial models.
  • Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to design and implement commercial-excellence or organizational-transformation programs.
  • Experience developing future leaders and building succession pipelines.

Work location: Remote from Poland

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic travel

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
