CSA Procurement Lead – Data Centres

Location: Germany, with travel to project sites and supplier meetings

Salary: €90,000–€120,000

Package: Accommodation and company car

An international engineering and construction contractor is seeking a Procurement Lead to take ownership of civil, structural and architectural (CSA) subcontract procurement across its German projects. This newly created role will work closely with pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams to appoint suppliers who can meet project requirements on cost, programme and quality.

Key responsibilities

Lead CSA package procurement from scope definition and market engagement through to negotiation and award.
Develop tender lists and engage suitable subcontractors across the German market.
Prepare tender enquiries, manage clarifications and assess bids against scope, price, programme and contractual risk.
Negotiate subcontract terms and present clear award recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Maintain procurement schedules and build relationships with the German supply chain.

About you

A background in quantity surveying, commercial management or construction procurement.
Strong experience pricing, analysing and negotiating CSA subcontract packages.
Proven experience working with German subcontractors and suppliers.
The ability to work across pre-construction and live project teams.
Data centre or other large-scale, technically complex construction experience would be advantageous.
German language skills are highly desirable, but are not essential if you have strong experience in the German market.
