Planner – Data Centre Projects

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Salary: Up to €90,000

An international engineering and construction contractor is seeking a Planner to support the delivery of data centre projects in Frankfurt. Working closely with the project and site teams, you will develop and maintain programmes, monitor progress and help identify and resolve potential delays.

Key responsibilities

Develop baseline, tender and construction programmes using Primavera P6.
Update schedules regularly, track progress against key milestones and produce weekly and monthly reports.
Analyse critical paths, schedule risks and delays, and prepare mitigation and recovery programmes.
Review subcontractor programmes and prepare short term site look-ahead schedules.
Track design, procurement and long lead items, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.
Support time impact assessments and extension of time submissions where required.

About you

Experience in construction planning or scheduling, ideally on complex projects.
Strong Primavera P6 skills and a sound understanding of construction sequencing.
Ability to assess programme risks and communicate findings clearly to project teams.
Data centre experience is a strong advantage.
